password to access them. 1Password also makes good use of the cloud to
keep it in sync with all your devices. Starts at $24.99 though there is a one month free trial option.

Password manager to protect your data. Can sync through Dropbox. $10 for any operating system.
eWallet
Password manager to protect your data. Nice look, customizable. The Windows version is $20, others $10.
KeePass
Free and open-source program offers a
fairly wide range of features including multiple user keys, password
groups, and database transfer. Setting an expiration date will be a reminder that it’s time to generate a new password. The downside: not as suitable for bank accounts and credit cards as competitors. No timed lockout if you are in a public place. Free.
Lastpass
Like 1Password, it generates and saves passwords. Free version is limited. Paid is $12 a year.

Sophisticated option for the IT-types more than the general public. Templates for credit cards and bank accounts but PC only and no search field. Basic: $20 standard version. $30 pro option with multiple user option.
